Shipping Options: We offer various shipping options based on your location and the size of your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we aim to provide competitive rates across New Zealand.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • North Island: Typically 2-4 business days.
  • South Island: Typically 3-5 business days.

Local Pickup: If you’re located near our warehouses in Hamilton or Christchurch, you can opt for free local pickup. Please ensure you select the “Pickup” option during checkout and arrange a suitable time. Click here for our pickup guide.

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to locations within New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Items: In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged or are lost in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@industrialtube.co.nz. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
